This Privacy Policy applies when you use MaxGlow through our iOS app, website, email notifications, and related services. MaxGlow is one app with multiple coaching teams.

• Account information such as email address, authentication provider, display name, and settings.
• Profile and coaching information you choose to provide, including onboarding answers, goals, check-ins, notes, photos, files, and messages.
• Generated service data such as coach replies, plans, summaries, milestones, workflow status, and delivery records.
• Subscription metadata from Apple, including product identifiers, entitlement state, renewal status, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card number.
• Device and technical information such as push notification tokens, app version, environment, and basic diagnostics needed to operate the service.

• To provide coaching, Daily Plans, chat, check-ins, onboarding, notifications, subscriptions, support, and account features.
• To personalize your experience across coaching teams while keeping your account and subscription in one app.
• To operate, secure, debug, audit, and improve MaxGlow, including AI workflow monitoring and operator recovery tools.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

MaxGlow uses AI providers and internal workflow systems to generate coaching responses, Daily Plans, summaries, and related product features. We may send relevant context, prompts, and user-provided content to service providers that process it for MaxGlow.

We share information with vendors that help us provide hosting, authentication, analytics, email, push notifications, payments, AI processing, storage, and customer support. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

MaxGlow is educational and supportive. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, nutrition therapy, legal advice, emergency support, or a replacement for qualified professionals. If you think you may have an emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Some information may be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, or operational reasons.
