These Terms of Service govern your use of MaxGlow, including the iOS app, website, email notifications, and related services. By using MaxGlow, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be old enough to use MaxGlow under applicable law and any age rules shown in the app. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

MaxGlow provides AI-generated coaching, planning, education, reflection, and support. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, mental health care, legal advice, emergency services, or professional-client relationships.

You should use your judgment, consult qualified professionals where appropriate, and seek emergency help immediately if you may be in danger or experiencing a crisis.

Paid access may be offered through Apple App Store subscriptions. Pricing, trials, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple and the terms shown at purchase.

• Do not misuse MaxGlow, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or upload illegal or harmful content.
• Do not use MaxGlow to make high-stakes medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions without qualified professional support.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly allows it.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, coaching teams, pricing, or availability. We may also update these terms from time to time.

MaxGlow is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, DW Labs disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
